- Mondays at 4:15pm & Thursdays at 5pm: Yoga and Cancer
- Fridays at 9:30am: Yoga for ALL Abilities
WAIVER FOR ONLINE CLASSES & PRIVATE SESSIONS:
Through the participation in online group training classes, personal training sessions, group yoga classes, and/or private yoga sessions with Empowered Movement, LLC, whether in person or prerecorded, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in an exercise program including, but not limited to, strength training, flexibility training, yoga, and aerobic exercise.
I fully understand that physical-fitness activities are potentially hazardous activities that could lead to injury. I understand that there is an inherent risk of injury in any exercise program. I expressly assume and accept sole responsibility for my safety and for any and all injuries that I may suffer. By participating in the online class. I agree to this waiver and I assume these risks. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my physician as to the appropriateness of physical activity/exercise for me. I acknowledge that I have been cleared by my physician to engage in an exercise program. I hereby forever release, waive and discharge Empowered Movement, its members, managers, employees, and any yoga instructors or fitness trainers conducting business through it, including Marissa A. McAleer (“Released Parties”), from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, rights of action, and causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the exercise program, including any personal injury I may suffer while engaging in physical activity. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for injury caused by the negligence of the Released Parties.
